Playground Kiwanis
- When you process your entry, please indicate in the remarks section the
actual name of the entrant if it is different than the name of the credit card
holder. If it is a family entry, use the remarks section to indicate all the
family members' names that will be participating. Also indicate ages of
children. Children 10 and under will automatically be entered in the
PINFISH TOURNAMENT and the MAGNETIC FISH TOURNAMENT as well.
- If you have an email address, please provide it where indicated. We will
use your email address to contact you with pertinent information and/or
changes to the Tournament.
- When you have completed your entry, you will get a confirmation from
paypal. Please print it out for your records. This is your proof of entry in
the event of a conflict.
- By processing your entry via credit card/paypal, you agree to the following: I/we
waive/release all persons associated with the Kiwanis Family Charity Fishing Tournament
from all claims of injury and/or damage incurred in connection with this tournament. I/we
give permission to use my/our name(s) and image(s) for advertising and promotions.
Personal details to be used for entry validation only. They will not be shared with any other
organizations or entities.
